Our curriculum
This half term has a history focus as we read texts in our English lessons written by Oscar Wilde and consider what he had to say about life in Victorian Britain. We also compare how crime and punishment has taken place in different periods of history.
PE will take place on Tuesdays with Pat & Andy. We also have PE on Fridays doing netball with Mrs Oldman. Children should come to school wearing their PE kit on these days.
Homework will be set on a Friday. It should be returned by the following Thursday. It will be set on our Google classroom page. You will have the option each week to complete your homework online or in your homework book.
The best way that you can practise your learning at home is by reading daily as much as possible. We have a fantastic selection of books in school. How many can you read this year?
