Welcome to Year 6! 

Our curriculum

We have a a history focus this half term as we learn about life in Victorian Britian through our English texts written by Oscar Wilde.

PE will take place on Wednesday afternoons with House of Dance and on Friday mornings doing gymnastics with Mr Bell. Children should come to school wearing their PE kit on these days.

Homework will be set on a Thursday. It should be returned by the following Wednesday. It will be put on our Google classroom page. You will have the option each week to complete your homework online or in your homework book. 

The best way that you can practise your learning at home is by reading daily as much as possible. We have a fantastic selection of books in school. How many can you read this year?
